GolfXS is a multi-club golf operations platform for a golf society and its 5+ affiliated clubs: tee-time bookings, member management, course packages, buggy and rental inventory, inter-club play, and reporting, with a platform view for system admins across every club.

Overview
Running a golf club means juggling tee-time inventory across several courses, members and their families, buggies, rental sets, packages, and partner clubs whose members want to play. Most clubs stitch this together from a tee-time spreadsheet, a notebook, and phone calls to the pro shop.
GolfXS puts it in one system. Club staff work from a booking calendar, member records, and course setup; system admins get a platform view across every club, with shared notifications, an audit log, and performance goals. It runs on Next.js with Prisma and PostgreSQL, deployed on AWS Amplify.

What I built
- Booking calendar by month, week, and day, with statuses from confirmed through checked-in, completed, no-show, and awaiting payment verification.
- New-booking flow covering course or multi-course rounds, holes, buggy requirement, tee time, and players.
- Members and guests with families, privileges, membership IDs, approvals, and staff-issued sign-in codes.
- Courses and pricing, plus course packages that combine 9-hole courses into 18- or 27-hole rounds.
- Inter-club booking: clubs request access to each other's courses on agreed terms.
- Buggy fleet and rental-set inventory, reports with revenue and utilisation, performance goals, and email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Platform view for system admins across every club, with a full audit log.
