Overview

EngageXS replaces the separate tools SMEs usually juggle for sales, stock, invoicing, and the books. A lead moves through the pipeline into a quote, an order, an invoice, and a collected payment. Invoices and payments post automatically to the built-in double-entry accounting.

Each client organisation signs in to its own workspace. Around the core flow sit the pieces SMEs actually need: a products catalogue with volume pricing, lot- and batch-level inventory, a collections workspace for chasing overdue invoices, and a shared calendar that keeps follow-ups honest.

What I built

  • Pipeline to cash in one flow: leads convert to accounts, deals move through stages, and quotes become orders, invoices, and collected payments.
  • Double-entry accounting generated from invoices and payments: trial balance, chart of accounts, and an immutable, fully traceable general journal.
  • Collections with 30/60/90+ day aging, DSO, dunning and escalation tools, and a cash-application assistant that matches payments to invoices.
  • Inventory with on-hand, reserved, and available stock per SKU, dead-stock reporting, and lot/batch tracking with expiry dates.
  • Tiered volume pricing, time-limited promotions, and bundle components per product.
  • Workspace-isolated sign-in, a personal My Work queue, and one calendar for follow-ups, meetings, due dates, and quote expiries.
